
Glen Reuschling founded TransCon CSI in 1993 after retiring from The Maryland State Police. Glen has more than 39 years experience in accident investigation and has investigated more than 1,800 motor vehicle collisions in his career. Glen has been accepted as an Expert Witness in numerous areas of collision reconstruction across the country and has recently gone into Canada as well.
Although Glen is a qualified expert in multiple disciplines within the collision reconstruction field, he is most widely known for his expertise in commercial vehicle collision reconstruction, corresponding commercial motor vehicle laws, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and work zones. Glen was one of two Maryland State Troopers appointed by the DOT to teach other state and local law enforcement agencies in Federal DOT Laws and Regulations across the nation.
Glen received his national collision reconstruction certification from ACTAR (Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) – ACTAR #1318) in 2002 and remains current with continuing education requirements. He is certified by the Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) in Transit Safety and Security Program (TSSP). Additional certifications include Airbag Control Module (ACM), Powertrain Control Module (PCM); Engine Control Module (ECM), and Commercial Vehicle Safety Inspector certification.
